Interiors are by Dan Fink Studio. Together, the towers will deliver 83 residences ranging from 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, including six penthouses with ceiling heights reaching 11 feet. Floor plans include two- and three-bedroom homes with dens.

Unit finishes lean toward understated luxury: wide-plank white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, Shaker-style cabinetry with integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, freestanding soaking tubs, and Waterworks fixtures. Walk-in closets are standard in primary suites, as are full-size vented washers and dryers. Select residences include private elevator lobbies, and certain penthouse layouts add private rooftop terraces with plunge pools.

The two towers sit between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, with outdoor amenities occupying the landscaped grounds between them. A lap pool and a leisure pool are framed by private cabanas and an outdoor bar pavilion. A limited number of dock slips line the Intracoastal frontage. Inside, residents have access to a lounge with a catering kitchen, a screening room, a multi-sport simulator, a conference room, and a children’s playroom.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach ownership includes on-site service from a dedicated Ritz-Carlton team covering 24-hour valet, concierge, and lifestyle coordination. Owners receive membership in ONVIA, Marriott’s owner recognition platform, which provides global travel status and access to curated experiences across the brand’s portfolio.
Sales and marketing are handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. Residences start at $2.5 million.
