Related Ross Unveils Edgeworth: Two KPF-Designed Waterfront Towers Coming to West Palm Beach

Related Ross has unveiled Edgeworth, a new ultra-luxury waterfront condominium planned for 1155 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The project will bring two curved 28-story towers to one of the city’s most active luxury corridors, delivering 168 residences with more than 90,000 square feet of amenities. It follows South Flagler House, the firm’s neighboring development that recorded over $500 million in pre-construction sales in the first quarter of 2026.

Both towers were designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the internationally recognized architecture firm. The facade features split-faced limestone, bronze, and terrazzo, with a hierarchy of vertical and horizontal elements intended to complement the surrounding streetscape. A private landscaped arrival court frames the entrance.

The 168 residences range from one to five bedrooms, each with a private elevator and generous private balconies. Nine penthouses are included. Interiors are by MAWD | March and White Design, drawing on the towers’ sculptural architecture with a mix of contemporary forms and natural materials. The developer describes the aesthetic as “relaxed yet glamorous” with a Riviera influence.

The amenity program spans more than 90,000 square feet indoors and out, with a strong focus on health and wellness. Full details have not been released, but the development will include a comprehensive spa and fitness program alongside social and lifestyle spaces. Related Ross says it will represent an unprecedented level of luxury for the West Palm Beach market.

The project also includes a community partnership with the historic Family Church campus next door — Related Ross is funding a new adjacent school and facility, also designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. The firm cites more than $10 billion in West Palm Beach investments, with corporate tenants including Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, and ServiceNow now operating in the city.

Pricing ranges from $2.5 million to $35.5 million. Sales and marketing are led by Adam McPherson of Related Ross in partnership with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. No groundbreaking or completion date has been announced.
