Closings have started at E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, the 65-story Park West tower delivering 479 fully furnished residences this month. Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units are available, along with a Limited Penthouse Collection and two Presidential Suites, each with a private indoor pool. The full entertainment experience won’t be ready yet. The hotel, spa, day club, and rooftop are rolling out in phases through year-end.
One date worth noting: the building broke ground on 11/11/2021. Some are betting the grand opening lands on 11/11/2026.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences brought in Riviera Dining Group to run its food and beverage program. That’s the same team behind MILA, which ranked as the highest-grossing independent restaurant in America in 2025. Their concept here is HONŌ Japanese Steakhouse, paired with a rooftop nightclub on the 65th floor. It’s a serious hospitality bet on Park West.

Fireman Derek’s Takes the Lobby
Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop will open its fourth Miami location in the building’s lobby. The brand already has shops in Wynwood, Coconut Grove, and Fort Lauderdale. Putting one here, inside the 24-hour liquor license zone steps from E11EVEN Miami, is a pretty good read on the neighborhood.
What Buyers Are Getting
PMG built the tower with short-term rental flexibility in mind. The 20,000-square-foot day club, beach club, spa, and hotel component are part of the package. All residences come fully furnished. No official grand opening date has been set.
