Vertical construction has topped out at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, the 92-residence luxury development rising along South Florida’s Millionaire’s Mile. Developers Related Group and Dezer Development marked the milestone in February, with full completion on track for early 2027. It’s the first hospitality-branded condominium development in Hillsboro Beach.

The development sits on a 12-acre site at 1180 Hillsboro Mile, spanning the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach delivers its 92 homes across two structures: a 10-story oceanfront tower with 70 residences and a 3-story Intracoastal-facing condominium with 22 villas.
Architecture is by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Studio Piet Boon. Both buildings take a nautical cue, with curving terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and muted palettes built around natural wood, limestone, and live plantings woven through the walls and garden spaces.

Residences & Pricing
Homes range from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet across two- to five-bedroom layouts. Thirteen penthouses (six oceanfront, seven coastal) each include private rooftop pools. Units can be combined for larger configurations, and select homes come with private garages. Prices start at $5.95 million.
“With vertical construction now complete, we’re entering the final chapter of what promises to be one of South Florida’s most exceptional residential offerings,” said Nick Pérez, President of Related Group’s Condominium Division. Coastal Construction Group is serving as general contractor, with Co-President Tom C. Murphy citing shared standards between the three partners in a February statement.

Amenities
The development includes 37,000 square feet of amenities managed directly by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. A private marina with 14 vessel slips lines the Intracoastal side. Two pools face opposite directions: one toward the ocean, one toward the sunset over the waterway. Both offer food and beverage service, and residents get direct access to a private beach with attended lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Dining
Dining will center on an oceanfront restaurant helmed by a celebrity chef not yet named, paired with a cocktail bar, daily breakfast bar, and creamery. A curated collection of museum-quality art, selected by Related Group’s curatorial team, will be displayed throughout the property.

Wellness & Recreation
Wellness facilities include two fitness centers, a full spa with sauna, hammam, hydro and cold plunge pools, a salon, and yoga spaces. Tennis, paddle tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts are supported by an on-site pro shop.

Services
Resident services include concierge and butler support, 24-hour valet and security, a house car, in-residence dining, and home management programs such as floral arrangements and pantry stocking.
