Una Residences Brickell Opens Its Doors — Closings Begin at Brickell’s First Waterfront Tower in Over a Decade

Una Residences, the nautically inspired luxury tower at 175 SE 25th Road in South Brickell, received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Miami in February and has begun unit closings. Developed by OKO Group and Cain International, the 47-story building marks the first waterfront residential development to open on the Brickell shoreline in more than a decade.

Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Una draws its form from classic yacht design — a smooth metallic facade with a streamlined silhouette and flowing details that trace the shape of a wave. The 135-home collection spans two- to six-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 1,100 to 7,098 square feet. Every residence has floor-to-ceiling glass, 10-foot-deep terraces with sliding doors that open to the main living spaces, Gaggenau kitchen appliances, and private elevator access. Finishes throughout are pulled from the same vocabulary as yacht interiors: natural materials set against glass, warm and precise.

The third-floor amenity terrace at Una features a bayfront pool, lap pool, family pool, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay.

At the top, two tri-level penthouses encompass more than 7,000 square feet of interior space each, with dual private pools, a summer kitchen, a sauna, and a steam room. Both sold for $17.75 million — among the highest recorded condo sales ever in Brickell.

The amenities span the third and fourth floors. Outside, the entire third-floor terrace is given over to a bayfront pool, lap pool, family pool, a kids’ splash pad, and a whirlpool, all framed by palms, cabanas, grilling stations, and outdoor bars. OKO Group and Cain’s building gym faces the bay through wall-to-wall glass, with dedicated studios for yoga and personal training. A spa and steam room, beauty salon, private dining room, media lounge, kids’ indoor playroom, and dog-walk area round out the offerings.

Then there’s the private marina with direct boat slips onto Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean — a genuine rarity among new Brickell towers. Residents also receive membership to the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne, a private beachfront club with beach services, dining, and event planning. Below grade, the tower includes Miami’s deepest parking garage, sunk three stories below sea level.
