Related Ross has broken ground on Shorecrest, a 28-story condominium tower on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The development sits along what locals call the “Billionaire’s Corridor” and is slated for completion in 2027.

The Residences

The tower will offer 98 residences across 28 floors, with just four homes per level. Shorecrest comes in two-bedroom residences with 2.5 bathrooms and three-bedroom residences with 3.5 bathrooms. All homes feature open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling glass, and private outdoor terraces with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. Pricing starts from $3.5 million.

Design & Interiors

Interiors are by Rottet Studio, an international design firm known for luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate work worldwide. Kitchens combine sleek finishes with premium craftsmanship, and primary bathrooms lean toward refined materials and considered detailing throughout.
